Often we are swept along in the purchase of our new home but don’t quite understand what we might want or need.

MVHR

MVHR circulates fresh air within your property which ensures pollutants and humidity are extracted from it for your comfort. This helps to create an optimum, pollutant free environment for you and your family’s health. 

With energy costs so high MVHR cleverly (and very importantly energy-efficiently wise) collects the heat (around 90% of it) from the extracted air and uses it to warm the fresh filtered air which is being brought in (during cooler months)

 

With the incoming air being filtered this creates a really healthy, pollutant free (almost fully pollen free!! Hay fever sufferers!!) environment within your new home.
